Cave Mushroom Fix

This mod restores mushroom spawning in caves. Mushrooms will now spawn in caves as they did before version 1.18. This fixes MC-244162.
This mod brings back the appearance of mushrooms in caves. The mod basically fixes a bug:
MC-244162 —Red and brown mushrooms no longer generate in caves.
The mod is compatible with other mods. However, the mod is not compatible with Starlight. It won't crash, but Starlight interferes with mushroom spawning in caves.
