This build adds support for generating caves in the Nether. Be aware that Cave Generator will have no effect whatsoever until a preset is enabled in dim -1. In other words, there is no default preset used in the Nether. 

In addition, this build includes a few very minor changes I've been working on over the past few months, such as the reformatted help screen.
