Fixes

Fixed caves not generating in newer versions of Forge.

Fixed HeightMapLocator causing artifacts when multiple active presets used the caverns feature.

Fixed generators not being correctly dimension-specific.

 

Additions

Added a new lower_caves preset, which simply adds some additional tunnels near the bottom of the world.

 

Changes

Temporarily changed the way tunnels test for water. They now check the lower bounds in addition to the upper bounds. May revert.

The caverns feature is now biome independent. This is necessary until a way to reduce flat walls between biomes can be implemented. Feel free to offer advice on this one.
