Description
Cave Game brings Minecraft Alpha v1.1.2_01 into the modern game as its own dimension. Build a portal from mossy cobblestone, light it with flint and steel, and step into a world of old terrain, mechanics, creatures, textures, and sounds.
The Alpha world has its own inventory by default, giving you a fresh survival experience without replacing or damaging the Overworld.
Created for ModJam 2026: Echoes of the Past.
Configuration
The server config can allow modern inventories inside the Alpha dimension and enable the optional whole-world winter mode.
Client settings can also be changed in game:
