Cave Dweller (Fabric Port)

An unofficial Fabric port of Cave Dweller Evolved by SiverDX (Cadentem), adapted to Fabric Loader 0.19.2 for Minecraft
26.1.2.

All gameplay design, model, animations, and sounds are by the original authors. This project only adapts the existing code to Fabric.

What it does

A tall, gaunt humanoid creature spawns deep underground when nobody's watching. It stalks the player silently, rolls between behaviors (chase, stare, flee, stroll), and disappears if you stop looking at it for too long. Distant cave noises hint at its presence before you ever see it. Doors won't stop it. Light might.

Known limitations

Auto-reload of config requires a server restart (Forge upstream reloaded live)
Depth-strider water-speed bonus from upstream is currently disabled
