• Fix #9: double plant phantom artifact: add DynamicPropertyResolver#shouldRender render veto (default true); DOUBLE_PLANT now skips the upper half when the block below is not the same plant, matching vanilla RenderBlocks#renderBlockDoublePlant return false; ResidentStateModel#collectPartsWithProps emits an empty part on veto, clearing the stale upper half during the client-sync window after the lower half is broken
