• Fix blockstate refs to missing models and a mistyped stair pair: carrot_stage->carrots_stage, potato_stage->potatoes_stage, deadbush->dead_bush, snow->snow_block; rename brich_* stair models to birch_inner_stairs/birch_outer_stairs
• Fix destroy-particle slots on orientable chain and acacia stairs: add particle #front to orientable_with_bottom, create missing orientable_vertical template (particle #side, up face uses #front) so dispenser/dropper vertical models resolve, repoint acacia_inner_stairs parent from nonexistent block/stairs_inner to block/inner_stairs
