Catching Level Cap for Pixelmon

This is a small, unofficial add-on mod for Pixelmon (1.16.5) that adds a level cap to catching Pokemon.

The idea behind this mod is to help those who are tired of skipping a majority of the "progression" in Pixelmon, by catching Pokemon that are 40+ levels above their current highest level. 

This mod adds a configurable catching level cap that will prevent the player(s) from catching Pokemon higher than a certain threshold compared to your highest leveled Pokemon.

Notes:
1. This mod MUST be installed alongside Pixelmon (1.16.5)

2. The default cap is 5 levels above your highest Pokemon. This can be changed in the config file.
