Backup system. Now in case that something has messed up, it will be stored in a file separated. And in case something fails on saving items, it will drops, but file will be saved.
There is more commands now, some of those has reduced permission, like tp, but restore or recover or backup still needs OP. Use the official methods to get your stuff back
Graves now saves 75% of your xp when below level 100 but 90% when above level 100. So you can get back level 9000 when you die with level 10000. XP is not restored when using ender chest, nether portal or end portal as this gives chests
Restored items by ender chest and similar now gives a chest with name. So you can identify better on your inventory.
