Addon mod for FTB chunks that is running on the C&C server.

This mod allows players to declare wars on each other's claims by changing the FTB Chunks settings, has 2 custom effects and world regernation features!

This mod also adds two custom blocks, a custom item, with updates to come.

This mod depends on FTB Chunks version 2000.3.0
