Changelist:

* Removed a majority of custom items
    *  They'll be reworked texture/model wise as I see fit and re-added. Additionally, some mechanics will be reworked.

* Added the reverse card

    * Upon activation a card is burned, and you gain 5 seconds where any damage dealt to you is reflected or negated. 60 second cooldown.

* Added configs for features that interact with vanilla items. This allows you to disable mechanics for compatibility, or for your own sanity.
