FIX: Issue with shared effects on dedicated servers. Refer to reported issue for CorailTS.
FIX: Many issues with the TonicBucket item. In particular, the duration now matches 4x the base potion bottle's.
FIX: Tonic bucket now display correct (dominant) potion color in generic tanks
FIX: Tonic buckets now properly track the 'fortified' and 'hidden' tags for VFP's tonics
FIX: Cow milk and Oat milk have their default 'flat' colors specified now
FIX: Missing almanac error message if Serene Seasons has incompatible config
FIX: Issue with library color sets having duplicates (eg UNSET same as WHITE)
FIX: Typo in move_vertical tag (jump->jump_boost)
ENH: Invalid configuration versions now detectable (dependent mods need to use)
