FIX: Issue with shared effects on dedicated servers. Refer to reported issue for CorailTS.
FIX: Many issues with the TonicBucket item. In particular, the duration now matches 4x the base potion bottle's.

FIX: Tonic buckets now properly track the 'fortified' and 'hidden' tags for VFP's tonics
FIX: Cow milk and Oat milk have their default 'flat' colors specified now
