to get cards, you have to trade with a cartoghraper or librarian for a card pack
that card pack gives you some random cards
each card can be used once (will try to make a gamerule that has it consuming as an option) and it will do whatever its description says
this mod also works best with multiple people. several things only work on other players.
each tier of card also matches the tiers of item name colors: gray; common. yellow; uncommon. light blue; rare. purple; epic. each tier also going up in rarity
