Version 1.0.3  -  Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge

Version parity with the NeoForge 1.21.1 1.0.3 release.

- This 1.20.1 Forge build already routed its server-to-client screen packets
  through a client-only handler, so it was not affected by the dedicated-server
  startup crash fixed on the NeoForge side in 1.0.3. Verified server-safe: the
  packet classes carry no client GUI references.
- Version bumped to 1.0.3 to keep both loaders in lockstep. No code, world,
  config, or protocol changes from 1.0.2.

Requires Trotting Wagons and GeckoLib for 1.20.1 Forge. Hundred Years War is
optional (escorts). MineColonies optional.
