capital and war

This mod was designed for the minecraft server GeoMC it adds a full economy with auction house daily balence etc. plus a nations system with ftbchunks players can declare war and fight it out or settle through peace conference (similar to Hearts of iron). winners of the war can determine what they wanna gain maybe its annex terrioetry claimed through ftbchunks, or take money. set tariffs on other players nations or even sanction nations you dont want your citizens trading with them.
