CapeTweaks

This is the first public release of CapeTweaks. This mod does not add third-party capes to the game. This version includes:

• Entirely disabling capes
• Freely swinging capes for hilarity
• Smoother cape movement
• Toggling cape texture on elytra

This version is considered an alpha version because a key component is missing due to technical difficulties in implementation: hiding specific capes. This aside, the code is production ready, and current features will not change.
