post rain dew particles sparkle in the sunlight.
Dew formation time changed to 12am to 9am.
spark particles are less likely at night: not as much moonlight = not as many sparkly bits
spark particles are more likely during the morning dew formation hours: more sunlight = more sparkly bits
Still trying to re-implement biome based effects like snow falling, but my IDE is having issues importing the biome classes... will hopefully figure out soon.
