- Fix the knife damaging the wrong player in multiplayer 

- Add step assist when the player reach a high enough wendigo level

- Players who had become unable to wear armor due to their wendigo level will become immune to ToughAsNails' hypothermia

- Players who reached a high enough wendigo level will not be able to starve to death

- Lower priority for the mod's death event to prevent conflicts with gravestone mods (https://github.com/SoraZodia/Cannibalism/issues/20)
