- Add method to freeze a player's wendigo level

     - Players can designate up to three items as their heirloom/treasure. If held in the player's offhand (where you would hold your shield), these will stop any future increase of their wendigo level when they attempt cannibalism

     - Players can only designate an item as a heirloom/treasure if their wendigo level is at zero

- When an player's wendigo level gets high enough, the strength buff they receive will increase in potently

- Fix localization issue for cooked villager and player meat

- Add new item, Wendigo's Heart (WIP)
