- Fix Wendigo not moving (https://github.com/SoraZodia/Cannibalism/issues/12)

- Change how the Wendigo is spawn, it will now have a chance to spawn when the player has an high enough wendigo level. That chance will increase as that level is raised.

- If a player's wendigo level is really high, then an Wendigo will now spawn upon that player's death.

- Players will also receive an adsorption buff along with the resistance effect once their wendigo level is high enough .

- Add Turned Villager, villagers that has partially turned into an Wendigo. Currently, they cannot spawn without an summon command.
