Add function of time adjustment to the campfire/ soul campfire

Shift + RightClick Campfire/Soul Campfire to open the GUI, which allows the player to select and accelerate world time to the selected time.

If time has started to speed up, right-click to open the GUI and close it to stop and restore the original speed of time.

EarlyMorning(0)
Noon(6000)
Dusk(12000)
Midnight(18000)
