Fixed: monitor screens with a shader pack
With an Iris shader pack on, monitor screens only said "SHADER PACK ACTIVE". They now show the camera live, drawn through your shader pack. The screens use a second copy of the pack, so with many live screens a heavy pack costs some frames; maxLiveFeeds and the refresh rate of each screen still limit that.
Nothing else changes: cameras, monitors, modules, alarms, passwords and existing worlds work as before. Replace the previous Camera Monitoring jar with this one.
