📝 Improvements

• Split configuration into server rules (callofcompanions-server.toml) and client preferences (callofcompanions-client.toml).
• Gameplay settings are now controlled by the server and synchronized to clients when they connect.
• Tracking options, tooltip appearance, and automatic-update notifications can be configured individually by each player.
• Each player can now choose whether crystals automatically update companion coordinates on dismount or interaction, and set their own update distance threshold.
• Tracking preferences are sent to the server on login. Restart the game after editing the client config to apply changes.
• Existing settings from callofcompanions-common.toml are automatically copied into the new config files if those files do not already exist. The original file is kept as a backup.
