Full optimisation pass - things should run quicker and take less CPU

Vanilla fire catching is vastly improved - no longer a CPU heavy hack, and now allows many other mods to be compatible (ice and fire, fire dragon anyone?)

Added

  • Distant smoke plumes (config on/off)
  • Dynamic lighting on flint bows, molotovs and matches
  • Cobwebs burn - they burn fast but do not catch blocks around them
  • Entire forests can break down and regrow over time (config on/off)
  • Weather2 support - particles and distant plumes react to wind. Storms extinguish fire. Firenado is hell on earth!

Changes

  • Smoke inhalation now has it’s own gui overlay (smokey bubbles!)
  • Shale now has a chance of dropping Nautilus Shell
  • Tweaked burnt farming - farmland recovers after one rotation
  • NetherWeave armour now has the protection of leather armour but with complete fire resistance
  • ‘Soul tempered’ textures have been redesigned to differentiate them from ‘burnt’
  • Removed burnt grave structures

Fixes

  • Wisps and Fire Devils spawning fixed
  • Crops can be planted on dry burnt farmland
  • Baked apple saturation nerfed
  • Netherack only spawns vanilla fire and back to indefinite burning
  • Fixed enchanted flint bows duplicating in the inventory
  • Fixed flame arrows sometimes despawning mid flight
