Burnt has been completely rewritten and textured from the ground up.

Burnt 1.8 will NOT work with previous Burnt worlds, however, it is still compatible with Burnt Basic. Sorry, but this had to be done.

Fire looks more spectacular with new particles for fire and smoke. Biomes are gone in favour of burnt clearing structures. Config file - play with many settings!

  • Smoldering blocks can be placed in creative without starting the burn

  • Bow’s enchanted with FLAME will start fires

  • Blaze enchantment - gives you flame/blaze barrel arrows

  • Soul Flame enchantment - light soul fires (logs/leaves/wart/stem only)

  • Use the extinguisher on lava to make bridges of Fragile Magma - will turn back into lava after some time

  • All new structures to find, loot, and explore
