Simply contains some reused code across all of my mods.

This mod handles/adds the following:

• A helper to determine if the NumberFormat class is present in the environment.
• A tooltip handler system (originally created by CrazyPants, all credit goes to him)
• Utilities for inventories, such as addStackToInventory and getOpenSlot
• System for getting drops for blocks, silk touch or not.
