Fixes

The fish boat and lava boat are craftable again on Minecraft 1.21.2 and newer.

Both recipes shipped the pre-1.21.2 ingredient format. From 1.21.2 an Ingredient is a HolderSet, so an object ingredient no longer decodes -- the whole recipe file was silently dropped at datapack load. The jar built and loaded fine and the items simply could not be crafted, with no error anywhere except the server log. This affected 14 of the published builds.

Also fixed:

• 1.20.1 (Forge and NeoForge) advertised compatibility with Minecraft 1.19.2 through 1.20.1, inherited from the branch this port was derived from. The loader would accept the jar on 1.19.2 and then break. Now correctly pinned.
• 1.20.4 (NeoForge) shipped the 1.20.5+ recipe result form, so its recipes were uncraftable for the same silent reason.
• Version strings are now consistent across every build, so each file has a distinct name.

No gameplay changes. If you are on 1.21.1 or older, this release only fixes metadata -- but it is worth updating so future releases line up.
