Fixes :

• Fixed syncing not working in dimension with more or less chunk section than the overworld
• Changed any mention of "Creative" to "Building" to be easier to trace back to this mod
• Fixed a crash when trying to play using Immersive Portal installed
• Fixed a bug when Saving Data which was only saving the persitent data once.

Improvements :

• Prevent players and entities from leaving without using the /building command
• Added back Achivements Saving
• Added an Icon
