Block Compass (New)
- Creates a circle of blocks based on two
     - Center: shift+right click
     - Radius distance: right click
     - Axis: ctrl click air to change
- Same placement rules as the block brush
- Renders a circle to represent the area
- Tells the radius of the circle

Block Brush
- Highlights the anchor position for cloning

Misc
- Config
     - Particle colors can be changed
     - Max ranges for all tools can be modified (1 - 100)
- Tooltips
     - Shift for more info
