Release 8.0.21 - Oil generation and compatibility fixes

Changed:

• Restored the original laser crafting energy balance: robotics recipes follow BuildCraft 7.x costs, while other recipes use their BuildCraft 8.x balance.
• Updated the Guide Book to reflect current mechanics, energy costs and machine behaviour.

Fixed:

• Fixed natural oil spouts spreading indefinitely down long terrain slopes; naturally generated oil now has a limited spread radius.
• Fixed oil generation creating sources far above the actual deposit on hills and mountains.
• Fixed oil world generation replacing player-built, decorative, unbreakable and other non-natural blocks.
• Fixed FE pipes falsely connecting to the FE Engine’s MJ-output face. FE Engines now accept Forge Energy only through their non-output sides.
