Release 8.0.13 - Pipes, Facades and Compatibility

Changes:

• Added waterlogging support for pipes. Pipes can now be placed in water and correctly preserve their waterlogged state.
• Added support for the common c:tools/wrench tag. Compatible wrenches from other mods can now interact with BuildCraft blocks while the original BuildCraft wrench API remains supported.
• Reworked JEI compatibility for facades. This helps prevent system freezes.

Fixes:

• Fixed crashes in the Diamond Fluid Pipe and Diamond Wooden Fluid Pipe caused by invalid or non-fluid items placed in their filters.
• Fixed a crash in the Diamond Wooden Fluid Pipe that could occur when a whitelist filter had no matching fluid available.
• Fixed fluid filters ignoring all slots after the first empty or non-fluid slot.
• Fixed blacklist and whitelist behavior when no valid fluid filters were configured.
• Fixed Pump infinite water detection. Only horizontal source blocks are now counted, matching vanilla water behavior.
• Fixed several API differences between versions affecting pipe connections and JEI compatibility.
