What's new

- Buffer modes;

- Buffer item group;

- All buffer tiers appear in group;

- Mixins fixed;

- Buffer texts are now translatable;

- Buffer causing StackOverflow if a player somehow puts a Buffer in itself;

- Buffer inventories ticking properly outside of developer environment (Mojang, how?!);
