Buddies Additions

Buddies Additions is a vanilla-friendly Minecraft community mod.

The mod is designed to grow through ideas and suggestions from its community. New items, decorative content, and other additions may be introduced in future updates based on player feedback.

Version 1.0.0 includes:

• Four custom rune banner patterns:
  - Othala
  - Sowilo
  - Algiz
  - Fehu

• A wooden round shield with:
  - A custom 3D model
  - A wooden surface
  - A metal rim and shield boss
  - A survival crafting recipe

The wooden round shield cannot currently display banner patterns. Support for decorating it with banners is planned for a future update.

Requirements:

• Minecraft 1.21.11
• NeoForge 21.11.45 or newer
• The mod must be installed on both the client and the server

Buddies Additions was originally created for the Buddies SMP, but the mod itself is not tied to that server and can be used in other worlds and modpacks.
