BuddelGUI

A central hub screen that bundles mod menus, leaderboards, server commands, and community links behind a single key — built specifically for the BuddelTech server.

⚠️ Important notice

This mod was built specifically for the BuddelTech modpack server. Its command list, community links, and mod tiles are hardcoded for BuddelTech and cannot be changed through a config file. On any other server the hub will open, but it will point at commands and mods that do not exist there, so it has no practical use outside of BuddelTech. This mod is published here only to distribute it to our players. If you have questions, feel free to reach out on the BuddelTech Discord.

About the mod

BuddelTech runs a growing number of custom mods, and every one of them used to claim its own keybind. BuddelGUI solves that problem: one key (J) opens a central hub that gathers everything into a single window — mod menus, leaderboards, the server's command list, and our community links.

Built for NeoForge 1.21.1, with an optional server side, full localization (German/English), and its own custom GUI system.

Features

Central hub, one keybind

• A single key (J) opens the hub, no matter how many mods are installed
• Compact panel with section buttons in the header instead of separate screens
• Custom pixel-art icons throughout, matching the RankSystem and Season Quest style
• Fully localized — automatically follows the player's Minecraft language setting (German/English)

Mod menus

• Icon tiles for RankSystem, Season Quest, Level System, and the FTB Quests book
• Clicking a tile opens that mod's GUI directly
• Other mods can register themselves through a small optional API and appear automatically

Five built-in leaderboards

• Ore Shards (RankSystem), Season XP (Season Quest), Coins, Playtime, and Level
• Top 50 per board, with your own position appended if you rank below it
• All boards read existing server data — no separate scoring system
• Server-side caching so rapid clicking does not strain the server

Clickable command list

• The server's commands in a scrollable list
• Clicking a command fills it into the chat box instead of running it, so you can adjust arguments before pressing Enter
• Commands taking arguments show a placeholder and leave the cursor ready

Community and developers

• Discord, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and the CurseForge modpack page as logo tiles
• Links open through Minecraft's own confirmation dialog, with an option to copy instead
• A developer section introducing MarciGamer98 and 1Area, complete with 3D player models

Dependencies

None. BuddelGUI has no hard dependencies. Magic Coins and BuddelAPI are used only if present, for the Coins and Level leaderboards. The server side is optional as well: players with the mod can join servers without it, and servers with it serve players who do not have it.
