Better Trial Chambers (BTC)

Added the effects, Deferred Death - Kills you when time runs out, Cursed Reckoning - stores the damage took and at the end of the effect deals it all in one burst, fixed Dragon Scales so that even with armor it does not heal you just negates some damage. Now the fun stuff, completly redid the spell system, that is what took so long.

New Spell System:
-Easily addable to,
-Easy to add to items that support them
-Made a radial menu that may be released in the future as a libray for others to use,
-Abbility to favorit spells for quick access,
-New types of spell items, SpellItem, MinimalPredefinedSpellsItem, and PredefinedSpellsItem.
-PredefinedSpellsItem stores spells in the player and can store favorite spells and allows you to add spells later,
-MinimalPredefinedSpellsItem stores spells in the item not letting you add them later,
-Luminary uses the new spell system, may be unbalenced, may need some timing tweaks, new model and new texture, and also now has a functuning cape,
-Added many new spells but kept the old ones,
-I think that is the rough break down of the spell system.
