Update 0.0.9 – Corruption & Ascension

A small update... but with some massive new challenges.

New Boss Tiers

All bosses now have two additional tiers:

• Corrupted
• Ascended

These versions are significantly stronger than their normal counterparts and are designed for players seeking the ultimate challenge.

The risk is greater, but so are the rewards. Defeating Corrupted and Ascended bosses grants access to powerful new materials and equipment.

New Structure: Infusion Altar

A new crafting station has been added:

• Infusion Altar

The Infusion Altar is used to create powerful items and upgrades using materials obtained from Corrupted and Ascended bosses.

JEI is recommended to view all available custom recipes.

Be warned—earning the materials needed for these recipes will require defeating some of the strongest enemies in the mod.

New Ascended Equipment

Powerful new upgrades are now available:

• Ascended Armor Set with improved stats
• Blightfang upgraded with improved stats
• Infernal Greataxe upgraded with improved stats
• Eldritch Spellbook upgraded with improved stats

These upgrades are intended for players who can overcome the new boss tiers.

Experimental Oath System

A new feature is currently being tested:

• Oaths

Think of Oaths as a class-like system that allows you to choose a unique path and gain specialized bonuses.

To begin your journey, you'll need:

• Path Sigil

This system is still experimental, so feel free to test it and share feedback.
