## Broken Tag Fixer 1.2.0

### New
- **Common-tag aliases (`forge:` ↔ `c:`)**: an empty `forge:` tag is now filled by referencing its non-empty `c:` equivalent, and vice versa. Singular/plural variants are matched too (`forge:tools/knives` → `#c:tools/knife`). This repairs recipes written for 1.20.1 conventions that run on NeoForge 1.21, without guessing any item. Tags are referenced, never copied, and a candidate that would create a tag cycle is skipped.

### Fixed
- **Tags without a namespace** (`"tag": "saplings"`) were treated as empty, so valid recipes were disabled by mistake (e.g. Nature's Compass, Integrated Dynamics Dead Bush drying). They now resolve to `minecraft:` like the game does, in recipes and in `tag_empty` conditions.
- **KubeJS compatibility**: tags added by scripts (`ServerEvents.tags`) are now taken into account before a tag is considered empty. Recipes whose tag is filled by a pack script are no longer disabled.
- **Fabric API conditions** (`fabric:load_conditions`, e.g. with Forgified Fabric API) are now recognized. Those recipes are left untouched instead of being evaluated as unconditional.
- **Report file** `brokentagfixer-report.txt` is now rewritten on every load, so an outdated report no longer lingers when nothing is left to fix.
