BroadcastCraft 0.5.1
NDI output (beta)
Send your Vision Mixer's Program picture out as a live NDI video source - so OBS (with its free NDI plugin), vMix, or any other NDI-capable software can use BroadcastCraft as a real camera. No capture card, no window capture, no custom OBS plugin needed: NDI itself is the interoperability layer.
Turn it on in the new BroadcastCraft settings screen (Escape menu). Requires the free NDI Tools installed separately from ndi.video - the runtime itself is not bundled with the mod, same optional-dependency shape as Simple Voice Chat. Off by default.
This is a beta: it has been confirmed working end to end (both 1.20.1 Forge and 1.21.1 NeoForge, picture arriving correctly in a real NDI receiver), but is new and native-code based, so expect the odd rough edge across different systems.
Fixed
- A Broadcast Monitor could render solid magenta the moment NDI output was turned on - reading the Program texture back for NDI was corrupting Minecraft's own texture-binding state. Fixed by reading through the same safe, cache-aware texture API Minecraft's renderer itself uses, at the same point in the frame every other consumer of a Program feed already reads from.
Compatibility
Available for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge) and 1.21.1 (NeoForge). Existing worlds load unchanged.
