A Fuser is needed to craft enchanted chunks that actually do modify enchantments. An Extractor is a kind of furnace that can smelt useless Enchanted Books into shards that can be further used in crafting.

Embedding Station can modify enchantments, e.g, upgrade level (even beyond max), reroll, or split them. Disenchant takes all enchantments from the equipment and gives you an enchanted book containing those.

EARLY STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT
The Mod mainly focuses on increasing the number of enchantments.
Additionally, it implements a new mechanic of burning Enchanted Books for shards, Disenchantment, and a Station where you can modify enchantments.
Mod is pretty much vanilla-friendly.
Currently, there are over ~60 enchants. Of course, I plan to expand the mod with new ones. And improve the appearance of blocks (maybe add new ones).
