Feature additions, stability improvements and bug fixes

Added Layer-by-Layer auto-advance mode to automatically progress to the next layer when one is fully built
Added Rotate Schematic button to rotate the schematic 90 degrees clockwise around the Y axis (4x = full circle)
Added Pick Block support (Mouse Button 3) to copy any overlay block directly into hand
