- Fixed Extra blocks left in the sky after Land Tower Destruction sequence

- Removed unneeded extra nbt data from Obelisks
- Changed version to 2.3.11
- Decreased Ocean Golem Speed Dramatically
- Decreased Depth Dropper Effect by one level
- Updated loot rolls slightly to generally provide better loot
