• Forge 1.20.1: boss hitboxes are now as big as the boss. Bosses were only drawn larger, so a 2x boss was hit, reached and got around like a normal mob. The hitbox now matches the model, for the default 2x and for any boss.sizeScale you set. Bosses already in a world get the bigger hitbox when they next load. (1.21.1 and newer already had this.)
• Big bosses no longer spawn inside trees or walls. The spawn spot now has room for the boss's whole size, so a scaled boss doesn't start out suffocating. (All versions.)
