Made wormhole potions only be consumed when the player teleports

Replaced or tweaked a few item textures (Thanks to Kat (5B) for some of the new textures!)

Added an experimental teleport request system for wormhole potions/mirrors - target players must now accept the teleport in order for it to occur. Requests will also expire after 20 seconds (this is currently not configurable, but will be in the future).

Added teleport sounds to the potions and mirrors

Fixed a crash that occurred when attempting to use recall potion/magic mirror across dimensions
