Bountiful-2.0.jar
What's new
Bountiful has been partially rewritten! In the future, updates won't change as much.
There are a lot of changes changes, so much so that the safest route if you want to upgrade from v1.0-v1.1 to v2.0 is to:
1) Backup your world. Back it up. Please. In case anything goes wrong (It should not).
2) Start up the world once without the mod loaded - to remove all bounty boards and bounty data.
3) Delete the bountiful config data - The config structure should be easy to switch over to.
4) Add Bountiful v2.0 and start up the world again. Everything should work properly.
The other method is to ensure that all bounties and bounty blocks are removed from the game before updating, though this is certainly trickier to ensure and you should still back up your world.
Added:
* Mob bounties are now a thing, so you can hunt down mobs in return for rewards. Use "/bo entities" to get a list of valid entities that you can put in your bounties.json data.
* Bounty board recipe can be disabled in the config.
* Bounty boards can optionally be made to be unbreakable for server owners.
* Bounty rarity worth multipliers added to config (How much you get per rarity tier).
* New "global bounties" option. When turned on, all bounty boards in a given dimension share the same bounty inventory.
* Bounties can now still tick down and expire in chests.
* Bounties can optionally start ticking down in bounty boards as soon as they are created.
* Added config option for the number of bounties a bounty board starts with.
Changed:
* I refactored much of the mod based on early player's feedback so that this mod could more easily be expanded upon in the future. Because of that, it won't work with Bountiful v1.1 or v1.0 without removing the mod first. Instead, you'll have to remove the mod, run the game once, and then add the new version and run the game again (Don't forget to back up your world!), as stated earlier. In the future, updates should be rather seamless.
* Bounty block does not break instantly anymore.
* Bounty board population event that other mods can intercept in order to modify bounties before they get posted to a bounty board.
