This is just a small bugfix release after 4.1.0 for 1.19.3:

Fixed:

* Items now show up in Creative inventory tabs. They are placed into the Functional Blocks category.

Added:

* Config option to specify how many rewards (maximum) will be present on a bounty (default: 2)
