Editor
- Quest packs now auto apply after creation
- Category/sub-category/dependency ID fields now validate live against existing IDs in the pack.
  - Invalid IDs render red with an invalid tooltip
- Auto suggestions for Categories, subs and dependencies
- Caps in ID fields are auto lowered, and spaces are replaced with "-"
- Json fields become red when invalid
- Categories and sub-categories can now be deleted / duplicated
- added an "Are you sure?", state to the delete button

GUI
- Filter bar buttons now have a hovered state

Fixed
- Quest packs not being zipped properly and not applying
- Debug text stays on screen longer after a reload to stay readable
