Boss Framework API 0.1.2 — Forge 26.1.1

Fix terminal encounter viewer cleanup: completing a death sequence returns before audience refresh, and completed/removed bosses cannot re-add viewers. Prevent late native boss-bar progress packets after removal and client disconnection.

Validated: 12 unit tests, 22 framework GameTests, real server stop/start persistence, independent API consumer build, Fancy/Fabulous client rounds with 27 checks each (circle/line/cone visible warning pixels, both pack codecs, and exactly one death reward).

Minecraft 26.1.1 only; Forge 63.0.2; Java 25; required on client and server.
