• Progressive Outbreak: The virus spreads in stages over a 150-minute cycle. As time passes, the infection becomes more severe and harder to survive.

• Sanity System: Your sanity level is constantly under threat from the virus. Keep your sanity in check, or the world will become much more dangerous.

• The Cure & Medicine: Use "Bornite Medicine" to stabilize your health and temporarily hold back the infection's effects.

• Termination: Locate and interact with "The End of the Virus" block to initiate a total purge and end the outbreak once and for all.
