Bores

- renamed from boers to bores (existing world should work fine but make backup just in case)

- bore heads now has the same durability as pickaxes

- added a different holding pos for cases when there is item in the offhand

- added an option to break with bore using place key (doesn't work in offhand)

- aoe bores now shows which blocks they are breaking

- added config option to make bore heads enchantable

- all items are now shown in jei instead of just 2

- emi now correctly views recipe for bore heads

- added russian translation by Ko3leta
