Adds a bomb vest, that is crafted with a TNT, a Leather Chestplate and a Lever. The vest gives a speed boost, so that you can run at your targets more easily. It explodes when you are burning.

(NOTE: fire takes some time to start the actual burning, so if you only touch a fire for a fraction of a second, it wont work)
